Madison and Will are getting married in the fall of 2022 celebrating with 300 of their closest friends and family members. Madison, we love your vision of incorporating high-class western and traditional elements that represent both you and Will’s personalities. You know your top priority is photography because you realize the images are what you have after the wedding is over. We realize the importance of capturing your day exactly as those raw moments unfold and how the photographs are the things that you have to relive your wedding day. Our team recognizes the significance in this one day and we assure you that our team will guide and lead you and Will through your engagement season, the wedding day and everything after the wedding.
Looking back on the photographs, while flipping through an album with your kids on your 10th wedding anniversary, you know you want the images to:

This selection includes thorough wedding day coverage with 10 hours by 3 photographers and 2 portrait sessions before the wedding. Two additional photographers ensures you will receive even more images of you and your guests throughout cocktail hour and reception to properly commemorate your wedding. The second and third photographers would allow Matt to be dedicated to Madison and Will throughout the day, while the two associates could be with parents, friends and family, and capturing details simultaneously. A engagement portrait session in Wyoming is included as discussed on our call. Matt would love to travel to capture and commemorate this significant season of life! Our couples often tell us how much an engagement session impacts their comfort on the wedding day because they are more familiar, not only with their photographer, but also with how it feels to be guided in front of the camera together as a couple. In addition, a bridal portrait session in Houston is included. A bridal portrait session offers an opportunity to see the dress, hair style, accessories and make up choices come together – so you can relax on the wedding day knowing that all of the selections have been perfected beautifully. Both engagement and bridal portrait sessions include all digital images and a complimentary 16×20 portrait that can be displayed at the rehearsal dinner or reception.

This selection includes comprehensive coverage – affording you extraordinary images from moments throughout the day. Nine hours of coverage on the wedding day will allow a more relaxed approach to the itinerary before the ceremony so that you won’t feel any sort of time pressure before you walk down the aisle. Our team will guide you through planning out a timeline for each of the 9 hours. As for all options listed here, out lead photographer rate is $750/hour and additional photographers are a flat rate of $1495 for the day. In addition, a bridal portrait session in Dallas is included in this option. A bridal portrait session allows you the opportunity to see your look come together before your wedding day. We would love to guide you through this fun pre-wedding event.

This selection includes standard wedding day coverage to tell a beautiful story from your day. Our team will guide you through planning out a timeline and shot list for each of the 9 hours beforehand. Any additional hours or services can certainly be added on later for the same rate, as needed.

We propose a number of hours of coverage based on a variety of factors, including timeline, venue, getting ready, size of the wedding party, guest count, celebration send-off, and other criteria. Based on the information you’ve provided, we feel anything less than 9 hours would put pressure on your experience – making it more difficult to feel at ease throughout the day.
You’re working hard on planning every detail of the event, and every touch should be recorded for you to look back on for years to come. Two additional photographers will allow us more opportunity to capture those details during the short window between set-up ending and your guests arriving. It will also allow one photographer to capture details while the other focuses on taking pictures of you and your guests.
A bridal portrait session offers an opportunity to see the dress, hair style, accessories and make up choices come together – so you can relax on the wedding day knowing that all of the selections have been perfected beautifully. Bridal portraits can certainly be added on later, a la carte.
For any bride or groom who expresses concern about feeling natural in front of the camera, 45 minutes to an hour and a half together, in a more comfortable environment, before the wedding day will allow them to feel (and look) more natural come wedding day. The session itself creates a muscle-memory for posing that makes the wedding day go faster and feel like a piece of cake!
Time can be reserved the week or weekend of your wedding to capture all of your day-of details (invitations, rings, shoes, etc…) so that we don’t miss any important getting ready moments by capturing details outside the room. This allows our total focus to be on you and the ones you love most, and gives us the dedicated time to have acute attention to each and every detail. If desired, this service can be added at $750/hour.
