On July 11, Grace Dewar and Kevin Fraker created a joyous atmosphere to celebrate their nuptials at HPPC and Brook Hollow Golf Club. The couple met through mutual friends and made the easy decision to say ‘I do’ in the city they live. With the help of Anna Eisenlohr, the bride envisioned a wedding shaded in her favorite hue, purple. We photographed the couple for the first time as husband and wife in front of an idyllic floral arch hung entrance by Three Branches reminiscent of a Nantucket summer.
Following the intimate ceremony service, guests gathered at Brook Hollow Golf Club. They were welcomed by a sign-in table flanked by potted lemon trees and blue and white chinoiserie vessels full of purple and yellow hydrangeas, garden roses, and greenery. Inside, the ballroom carried the same beautiful elements on tabletops, hanging over the black and white checkered dance floor, and on the mantel near the cake display. The new Mr. and Mrs. Fraker ushered in the celebrations with a first dance to “Best of My Love” followed by the traditional father-daughter and mother-son dances ahead of a seated dinner. The 5-course dinner was sweetly interjected at every course by toasts, cake cutting, and a touching video finished with champagne and espresso martinis.
Grace made a quick and festive wardrobe change into a white party dress and purple sneakers welcoming the party! The couple and their guests did not hesitate to fill the room with love, laughter, and dancing until the evening wrapped. Grace and Kevin made a formal sparkler exit and hopped into a golf cart to drive away.
It was a beautiful, sunny summer’s day we could not have been more excited to be a part of. We send the biggest congratulations to the Fraker’s as they settle into married life!!!
