Each event hosted by Ann Elizabeth and Andrew during their wedding weekend was stunning, timeless, and overrun with Southern hospitality.
At her mother’s childhood home (where she was married years prior), Ann Elizabeth kicked off her wedding weekend with a breathtaking bridal luncheon. Unable to boil this garden party down to one paragraph, we can’t wait to share more from this event later on in it’s own post!
Ann Elizabeth and Andrew’s “Fin and Feather” rehearsal dinner saw the likes of a very chic Carolina Herrera dress, towering floral arrangements complete with live fish and the most dear, local band. It was a night of toasts and well wishes, and the perfect commencement to their big day!
The couple opted to host their wedding on her family’s farm in Canton, MS. Built in 1840, it was a very familiar space, to be filled with many familiar faces. The grandiose nature of this venue was perfectly fitting for Ann Elizabeth’s Monique Lhuillier gown. A strapless ballgown with a long sleeved lace overlay ensured Ann Elizabeth’s bridal look would withstand the test of time, just as their family’s farm would.
In a tented ceremony overlooking the pond, the two were wed. Swaths of delicate white chiffon swayed above them as they exchanged their sacred vows. Ann Elizabeth and Andrew shared their first kiss as husband and wife beneath a rambling floral arch of green and peach, the couple’s trusty steed, ‘Red’ close at hand.
A short walk away, their reception tent was overflowing with autumn-inspired blooms and swanky late night lanterns. This tent was a seamless combination of traditional southern elegance and stylish ranch-style swagger. Taxidermy displays accompanied by feminine floral arrays, and twinkle lights accompanied by neon signs– it was a sight to behold, with no square inch left unaccounted for. Even their cakes were housed in a nearby barn that was seamlessly converted into a charming residential space.
The newlywed LoCiceros danced the night away, ate the best food Mississippi had to offer, and capped the night with a masterful display of fireworks. What a truly magnificent evening in Canton, Mississippi!
