From the moment Tori and Tucker got engaged, they knew exactly where they wanted to get married. Indian Wells, nestled in the Coachella Valley near Palm Springs, is where Tori and Tucker would often spend vacations and holidays. Tucker’s family home there served as an intimate setting for the rehearsal dinner. It was one event in a spectacular line-up for the Christmas-in-Palm Springs wedding weekend.
Even in December, Indian Wells was in full bloom. Guests entered the event through a shimmering ornament walkway, which opened to the poolside dinner al fresco. A small Christmas tree held the guests’ RSVP cards and personal notes to the bride and groom.
On muted coral and green tables, monogrammed shawls served as place cards for the women, while flowered pocket squares marked the seats for the men. Roses, candlelight, palm trees and Christmas balls created an ambiance that was all at once festive and romantic. In this cozy setting, loved ones offered sweet speeches and tributes that remain some of Tori and Tucker’s favorite memories of the entire weekend.
While the men attending the event wore white jackets, Tucker matched his bride-to-be in the weekend’s signature color: pink. Tori’s quirky love of bananas was represented in the night’s dessert, bananas foster. Both of these these motifs would serve as a sneak peek for wedding events to come.
