Aspen trees famously change hues each year sometime around late September to early October brightening the already magnificent Colorado landscape. The timing of this phenomenon isn’t always predictable, but the Rocky Mountains showed off their beauty for Sara Sutherland and Riley Masters wedding day. September 16, 2018, the Vail landscape glowed brightly in shades of neon yellow and orange.
Sara came down from the Vail golf club with her father, her train brushing the fallen yellow leaves, across a mountain stream to the quaint island where wedding guests stood and Riley smiled awaiting his bride. After their vows, Sara and Riley crossed the same bridge together headed for the country road glowing in shades of autumn. “Golden hour” took on a whole new meaning and set the tone for the true meaning of #HolyMastermony.
