Ashley Anderson and Daniel Pond wed on September 14, 2019 surrounded by family, friends, and many of our favorite wedding details. From the blue and green color palette, chinoiserie-inspired bridal cake, and the antique chandeliers that hung along the clear-top tent, the wedding day came straight from our brand book. The couple enlisted Julian Leaver to plan their Arlington Hall wedding day.
The couple decided to hold the wedding ceremony inside the tent which extended right off the steps of the veranda. The venues columns were wrapped in greenery and the wedding aisle was centered by overhanging chandeliers that led Ashley to Daniel at the end of the aisle. The clear tent allowed for views across Oak Lawn Park creating a heavenly atmosphere as the couple said their vows and had their first kiss as husband and wife!
As the couple took portraits and guests mingled at cocktail hour, the tent was transformed for dinner and dancing. A long, family table set with petite green trees nested with white and green floral replaced the aisle accompanied by light blue velvet chairs. The head table pointed straight to the chinoiserie bridal cake at the top of the steps—a very sweet view for all. Dancing the night away was important to the fun-loving newlyweds so Jordan Kahn Orchestra took over the stage and had guests moving all across the dance floor the entire evening. From sunrise to sunset, Arlington Hall was full of joy, merriment, and sophisticated elegance all for the new Mr. and Mrs. Pond!
