Spring has unfurled its petals once again, and with it blooms Blue Print’s annual ‘Something Blue’ Spring Social. This bridal event is the annual meet-and-greet, sip-and-see, and all-around buzz fest for the wedding-bound and the businesses that cater to them.
Yesterday, we popped into Blue Print and were greeted by a vibe that was less like walking into a store and more like stepping into the social hub of the bridal universe.
The space thrummed with energy. The air was spiked with the scent of freshly baked treats from Panini Bakery, undercut by the crisp tang of botanical arrangements from Three Branches Floral Design. The room was alive with the sort of murmur that comes from a crowd that’s genuinely excited.
As I wove through the crowd, Vestals Catering passed hors d’oeuvres, and let’s not forget the Bubble Bus outside, where popping corks underscored the laughter and chit chat.
The giveaway was a hot ticket, offering prizes to lucky winners. Each featured vendor, from the luxe sparkle at Diamonds Direct to the statement-making boots at Miron Crosby, brought their A-game. Vendors such as My Wedding Wardrobe and Stanley Korshak were on hand to dish out advice.
By the time the clock nudged 7:30 p.m. and the event wound down, you could tell people were walking away with plans in their pockets and a few more ideas! Another successful year of Blue Print’s Spring Social!
