In mid April, Janelle Brandom married Devin McCarthy at the Crescent Hotel in Dallas, Texas. On the morning of her wedding day, Janelle got ready with her bridesmaids at the Crescent. The girls popped champagne and shared stories before getting dressed. For her wedding, Janelle wore a gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown with a plunging neckline and lace details.
The ceremony was set in the courtyard of the Crescent. Planner Molly, with Pop Parties, set the scene with a grand floral arch above the altar and towering floral arrangements of hydrangeas and roses at the entrance. The sleek white aisle was trimmed with flowers blooming from both sides. Janelle and her father entered the ceremony arm in arm. An emotional Devin smiled, waiting for his bride at the altar. The pair exchanged vows and were officially pronounced Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy! With beaming grins, the McCarthys recessed down the aisle and were ready to celebrate!
The reception was held inside the Crescent’s ballroom. Long tables were lined with floral runners and topped with tall clear vases created by Something Pretty Floral. Each place setting featured gold chargers layered with blue and white china. The custom stage was detailled the McCarthy’s monogram and painted blue hydrangeas.
The majority of the evening was spent celebrating out on the dance floor. After her dances with Devin and her father, Janelle changed into a two-piece skirt and top set. Guests hoisted Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy up on their shoulders as they paraded them around the dance floor. As the evening culminated, confetti fell, signaling that it was time for the McCarthys grand exit. Janelle and Devin were led through a tunnel of guests throwing silver streamers as they left the Crescent and entered their next chapter together. Congratulations to the McCarthys!!
