Katie Davis’ smile radiated all wedding day! She slipped into her Isabella Armstrong wedding gown at the Fort Worth Club and walked to the mirrored hallways to show her bridesmaids who all squealed with joy seeing her for the first time. A first look between the bride and groom allowed Katie and the bridesmaids to meet Miles, the groom, and the groomsmen in the green space outside Robert Carr Chapel for portraits under the trees. Miles’ nieces and nephews joined for family portraits and posed with the bride and groom in their flower girl and ring bearer outfits—always some of our favorite moments. The summer sun peeking through the large oak trees framed the bride, groom, and wedding party beautifully for portraits to remember forever.
Katie and Miles said ‘I do’ in a traditional chapel ceremony highlighting their focus on the vows. Heading to Fort Worth Club following the ceremony, the full wedding party was in festive spirits. Tami Winn Events designed a white and gold ballroom design that began with a champagne escort card led into a ballroom chandelier bedecked in orchids, blush roses, and white peonies hanging over a white dance floor and mirrored stage for Emerald City Band. The wedding day was classic, elegant, and gilded gold. The couple exited the reception with tossed gold confetti completing the wedding day theme.
