Maddie and Michael’s tented Mansion wedding was lovely with a lighthearted, effervescent sort of air.
The couple opted for a sailcloth tent on the lawn of the Mansion, and after their ceremony in the promenade, guests were welcomed into a jubilant reception space. Pastel tones decorated each tabletop, with pale pinks and bashful blues making the most prominent impressions. Frosted white glasses added a sharp, contemporary touch to the head table, complete with custom blue and white linens and champagne chiavari chairs.
Chipper wreaths of baby’s breath encircled each of the four tent supports up above, while down below a checkered dance floor tied in the colors of the table linens. The stage backdrop was an especially noteworthy visual masterpiece, as it was made to mimic a hand-painted wall paper panel. With intricate representations of swallows and delicate vines, this deGournay-esque addition gave the tent a residential sense of space.
Maddie’s Yaniv Persy off-the-shoulder gown exemplified a timeless elegance, which coupled perfectly with the glamorous, vintage-inspired waves in her hair. Paired with a simple pearl drop earring, Maddie’s bridal look appeared as if in its natural habitat with the surrounding visuals of the sailcloth reception.
The smiles on Maddie and Michael’s faces were beyond contagious, and their charming connection was one that made the job as simple as it was exciting! They made their exit in a vintage convertible, old Hollywood style, and made their way into married life!
