The envy of all garden parties, Katherine and Colin’s anniversary reception will not soon be forgotten! One year after hosting an intimate wedding ceremony at Arlington Hall, the couple returned for a proper celebration among family and friends. As a nod to the decorous family-only reception Katherine and Colin hosted the year prior in their own backyard, string lights and greenery swayed from the clear ceiling of the tent. And here we were thinking their 2020 backyard wedding couldn’t be topped…
Katherine’s cream and gold jacquard Nardos dress was playful and feminine. She glided around the reception with ease in her short, off the shoulder gown. Colin wore a tasteful green suit jacket, a perfect complement to the blithe nature of Katherine’s custom dress.
Easy greens and hot pink peonies impressed on the pastel linens. Guests enjoyed casual afternoon mingling, hand-rolled cigars and dancing in the moonlight. An untroubled air of contentment carried the evening.
Katherine and Colin’s celebrations keep getting better, and we’re just happy to be a small piece of the action. Cheers to the Moores!
