Atop Vail Mountain, Lauren approached Mack as he waited overlooking the sweeping, mountain views. After six years together, Lauren and Mack would soon call each other husband and wife so their ‘first look’ on wedding day was appropriately on a peak. Lauren’s veil—worn also by her mother on her wedding day—gracefully blew in the wind as the couple took in the views and the gravity of the day together!
The couple was surrounded by 100 close family and friends as they took their vows at the Vail Interfaith Chapel which is pleasantly tucked between Aspen trees just outside town. After they said ‘I do’, guests lined up outside the chapel doors to toss rose petals on the newlyweds as they made their grand exit—a true Cinderella moment! The wedding moved inside to the Big Horn Ballroom at the beautiful Four Seasons Resort. Jennifer Pletcher of Gemini Events coordinated a reception perfectly aligned with the couple’s vision: Mountain, modern elegance. Punchy floral adorned the chandelier and every table as well as the six tiered cake. The couple decided upon 6-tiers to represent the six years they have been together! Instead of a groom’s cake, Mack opted for an ice sculpture espresso martini station for his dessert. It was an ideal night cap for the new Mr. and Mrs. Prioleau as they spent the rest of the evening on the dance floor and mingling with all their friends who made the trip.
It was a sensational wedding day and we couldn’t be happier for Lauren and Mack! Thank you so much for allowing our team to be apart!
