Emily and Ross held their wedding ceremony on the DCC event lawn, highlighting green, white and wicker. Two woven planters stood tall on either side of the aisle, bringing in a touch of warmth and residential familiarity to this sunny and stunning outdoor ceremony.
Emily’s side-swept curls fell just above the neckline of her off the shoulder wedding gown. Bouquet of lily of the valley in hand, Emily appeared simply sovereign-esque.
After Emily and Ross said “I do”, guests enjoyed a one-of-a-kind cocktail hour on the lawn. Women in elaborate headdresses sauntered around the putting green on stilts as they filled glasses of champagne. Cocktail napkins with elusive messaging “Follow the horns” were seemingly out of place, that is until a horn trio appeared as if on cue. The messaging now exceedingly clear, Emily and Ross’s loved ones followed the musicians to the ballroom.
Regal greens and candle light highlighted the stoic setting of the Dallas country club ballroom impeccably. Sage, gilded goblets lined the head table, as sprawling ferns accented each candelabra and white floral bloom.
Now the Taylors, Emily and Ross cut their nostalgic, fondant-draped cake and their party truly ensued. File this wedding day under “Timeless”.
