Molli and Jack’s journey began in the halls of their high school. “We were 15 years old, just sophomores in high school! He was the shy, smart, handsome baseball player and I was the bubbly, outgoing cheerleader that thought I knew it all,” Molli reminisces. They met in advanced geometry class, marking the start of an inseparable bond. Celebrating a decade of togetherness just a month before their wedding, Molli joyfully shares, “After 10 incredible years together, we are elated to finally be married!”
The Proposal: A Rainy Rooftop Romance
Jack’s proposal was nothing short of cinematic. On a Houston rooftop, amid pouring rain, he surprised Molli, turning what she thought was a baby shower into a moment that would change their lives forever. The surprise continued with a celebration among their closest friends and family, marking the beginning of their journey to matrimony.

Choosing Lake Charles for their wedding was a heartfelt homage to their beginnings. “Both being from Lake Charles, it was definitely a no-brainer where we wanted to get married,” Molli explains. The decision resonated with their desire to stay true to their roots and celebrate amidst family and lifelong friends.
The Dress: A Dream in Lace
For Molli, the highlight of the planning process was selecting her wedding gown. With her heart set on a Monique Lhuillier creation, she found ‘The Easton,’ a dress that captivated her from the first moment. “Monique Lhuillier’s exceptional talent & eye for detail is what drew me to her effortlessly chic & timeless designs,” says Molli. For both Molli and Jack, the most cherished moment of the ceremony was the instant their eyes met as the Cathedral doors opened. “A moment in time we’ll never forget & always cherish,” Molli reflects with emotion. The reception was highlighted by their grand entrance to the LSU Pregame Song, igniting the venue with excitement. “Making our official entrance out onto the dance floor as Mr. and Mrs. Aguillard to the LSU Pregame Song and the venue going electric!” Molli recalls, underscoring the joy and energy that filled the air.
