Ali and Curt met online. It wasn’t 10 minutes into their very first conversation that Curt started to tell a story about two people he knew… and Ali knew them, too! “I guess God was just waiting for the right time,” Ali shared about their meeting. “Immediately I felt that he was someone I would want to be friends with and spend time with.”
Fast forward to Curt’s proposal on Ali’s birthday, followed by the two diving straight into wedding planning. With the confident guidance of Ann Pittman from Weddings a la Carte, Ali and Curt planned a perfect Dallas wedding day: a ceremony at Cox Chapel followed by a reception at the Mansion on Turtle Creek.
Ali and Curt’s wedding was a timeless celebration filled with charm, color, and carefully chosen details that reflected their love story. Set against a soft blue palette, the day played with rich textures and playful patterns from a tree motif on their invitations to the floral pajama sets the women wore as they got ready.
Ali dazzled in a classic gown with a delicate floral pattern. Arranged in classic blue ginger jar vases, the florals burst with cheerful shades of coral, peach, and green, adding fresh, vibrant contrast to the serene blues.
Ali’s favorite memory of the day? “Looking at my husband and feeling so grateful for him,” she shared. “And having all of our family and friends in one place.”
Every detail felt personal and artfully curated, including the couple’s hunting pups on Curt’s groom’s cake. And after a night of joyful celebration and dancing, Ali and Curt made their grand exit beneath the stars in a vintage car, beginning their next chapter with style and grace.
