It’s finally December, and Christmas is just around the corner! In order to properly ease into the Holiday spirit, we’ve rounded up our team’s favorite holiday movies. Pop some popcorn or grab a hot mug of cocoa, and start queueing up these Christmas classics!
Anna:
“My family has watched A Christmas Story every year since I can remember. After the Christmas Eve festivities die down, we settle in watching the “24 hours of A Christmas Story” marathon on TBS, and don’t turn it off all day!”
Brittany:
“The movie Elf always gives me a good laugh and Callie gets a kick out of it as well!”
Emily:
“My family has been watching the Home Alone movies around the holidays for years, so it’s turned into a fun, lighthearted tradition for us!”
Jennifer:
“I love watching A Charlie Brown Christmas every year. It’s short but sweet, and the music from that movie makes for the best background tunes at any and every holiday get-together.”
John:
“It’s a Wonderful Life was a classic played every year for us growing up. It is a movie that reminds me of my grandmother every year, and our family when I was younger when that would be on in the background and everyone was simply at home.”
Katy Lou:
“Miracle on 34th Street is my family’s favorite holiday movie and every year we all watch it together. It takes place in New York, and who doesn’t love New York during Christmas time!”
Matt:
“Christmas Vacation – It’s all about uncle Eddy and the dog.”
Rebecca:
“Without a doubt, White Christmas! I watch it every year (at least once)! It’s such a feel-good movie and reminds me of growing up in New England. Plus who can resist an old fashioned Christmas musical?”
Sami:
“I’ve always loved The Grinch because Whoville is so whimsical and the characters have so much personality! Plus it has a sweet message.”
Stephanie:
“Muppets Christmas Carol was my family’s first movie watched every season. The music is light hearted, uplifting and nostalgic. The perfect flick for family movie night in December! Not to mention, Michael Caine makes the best Scrooge.”
