To kick-off their wedding weekend, Macy and Vincent welcomed guests to a charming West Texas inspired tented rehearsal dinner. Caroline Events brought the outdoors inside by incorporating an incredible greenery display. Caroline shared the inspiration behind the event, stating “Vincent drew his family ranch logo, which we incorporated into the paper goods, and we used elk sheds from their property to hang the custom leather escort cards to seat guests. Dark greens, tan and brown tones were used throughout, along with a lot of greenery and magnolia leaves to provide a soft warmth. Guests dined under a canopy of greenery.” Wooden tables and chairs were set with green china and various floral arrangements. From the top of the tent hung a chandelier made of antlers and wrapped in vines. Guests were provided with tongs etched with their name to serve as a place card and for use at the family style dinner.
For dinner, guests were treated to “Baiano boards” featuring quail poppers, beef tenderloin and veggies. After dinner, guests visited the s’mores station for a sweet treat. Toasts were shared and champagne bottles were sabered in honor of Macy and Vincent. It was a fantastic way to set the tone for the Baianos wedding weekend! We can’t wait to share more tomorrow.
