Mr. & Mrs. Baiano married in Midland! On November 11th, Macy and Vincent invited loved ones to the Midland Country Club to celebrate their love. The ceremony, held on the beautiful greens of the country club, featured a custom made floral ceremony arbor with a gold cross adorning the peak, under which Macy and Vincent exchanged vows. Planner Caroline, with Caroline Events, described the inspiration for the wedding as timeless, elegant and fun. “Macy wanted fall pink and mauve tones with touches of champagne and gold throughout,” she shared.
The brass section of the band led guests from the ceremony recessional down the golf cart path to the cocktail reception. Staff lined the pathway with specialty cocktails with custom acrylic charms reading “Worth the Wait,” alluding to their 13 year relationship that started in 8th grade.
Following cocktail hour on the green, a fireworks display lit up the night, signaling the start of the reception.
Inside the tented reception, the band immediately started playing on the stage for dinner and dancing. The venue was decorated in soft shades of purple and blush roses. Lanterns wrapped in vines hung from the top of the tent and a magnificent display of flowers surrounded the six tier cake, created by Fancy Cakes by Lauren. “The bride’s cake depicted the lace design on her gown, while the groom’s cake was a pumpjack with a motor to make it move as though real, highlighting his career as an engineer in the oil and gas industry,” Caroline shared.
The newlyweds danced the night away in the company of loved ones before confetti rained down, marking the end to an incredible evening. Sparklers lined the driveway as they drove off in a 1949 Rolls Royce with a custom floral B wreath and sign reading “Bon Voyage Baianos.”
