Before we ventured up to the mountains for her and Keaton’s wedding, we visited Versailles park with Carole Anne for her bridal portraits (one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood!).
Carole Anne’s Caroline Castigliano gown had a classic a-line design with a playful flair. The feminine peplum on this gown was hemmed shorter in the front for a high-low effect, and was trimmed with a unique floral applique. This spirited skirt was not only stunning on Carole Anne, but also partnered perfectly with the whimsical bouquet by Bows and Arrows. The bodice was simple and fitted, with the v-neck drawing attention to the flamboyant floral and peplum display.
Carole Anne wore her mother’s veil and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful compliment to the ivory silk gazar of her gown. Heirloom in place, her bridal look was classic as could be… although she did opt for a more contemporary twist when it came to footwear. Carole Anne wore white Veja sneakers complete with a baby blue “V”, ensuring her comfort without compromising a drop of visual excellence (or a special “something blue”!).
Looking back on this portrait session has us reminiscing about Carole Anne’s Aspen wedding all over again. Such a stunning dress, on such a wonderful individual. Thank you for letting us be a part of your story, Carole Anne!
