Event and Wedding Planners from near and far all flocked to the Four Seasons this week for a party that could be best described as “worth the trip”.
Following a plated dinner accompanied by a string quartet, the immersive entertainment of the evening began. Cocktail hour hosted an interactive “Kahn’s Kitchen” installation by David Kimmel Design, the area scattered with Jordan’s Immersive Entertainment Team. The team was dressed to impress in gold costumes and pearls. There was truly something new to see everywhere you looked!
Finally, the ballroom doors were opened and the Walton Stout Band lulled guests in. All the while, an aerialist spun from a fixture of the moon in the center of the ballroom (the first of many aerial performances of the night). Guests ogled as they settled in for what was to come!
From stage left to stage right and floor to ceiling, there was a spectacle to behold in every inch of the ballroom! From aerialists to dancers and Professor D to Taylor Pace, this night brought the word “entertainment” to a whole new level. The dance floor was packed all night long, only clearing for the sake of a cyr wheel dance performance after Georgia Bridgewater’s soul-filled set.
Once it came time for the headliner himself, Jordan Kahn opened with a powerful rendition of “Feeling Good”. Sporting a silver sequined blazer and his signature black Ray Bans, Jordan crooned the night away. By this point in the evening everyone was on their feet, making it an ease for Jordan to lead his guests (with the help of one “Party Dragon”) to the after party!
In classic Jordan Kahn style, piles of late night fuel in the form of grilled cheeses were provided and the festivities carried on seamlessly. Another outfit change for the Immersive Team, and the after party was in full swing.
